Rental Rates
Rates include linens and a basic cleaning at the conclusion of your stay. Country Club access can be arranged.
The following are not included in the rental rate:
1) Taxes (such as the 15% tax assessed by the State of Texas for hotel occupancy) and
2) $500 refundable deposit (refunded once we confirm that there is no damage to the house).

Please note that we prefer weekly Sunday to Sunday rentals during the peak season.
